Head up to hotel from 815 N Fuller Ave at 10:30am(ish)

Arrive at hotel at 1:30/2

(Shoot landscape and portrait shots for everything)

Flatlay (in natural light)

(Tell couple to collect keepsakes from each of them for one flatlay)

Flatlay-Both rings, invitations, shoes, dress, Jewelry, cuff links, perfume bottle etc

Close up for detail shots

Horizontal and vertical

suit shot (or ties or suit jackets)


(Jules)- If anyone else is in dressing room get some candids of them helping out. putting on a bracelet or zipping a dress. Don’t intervene too much but give direction when needed like on where to stand and face etc. Lots of hugs here to be captured.


Gifts - If they have gifts for each other get a shot of them each opening during getting ready shots


both of us shooting different angles of First look (Not sure this is happening but putting it here to be aware) - Couple sees each other before ceremony

Take a shot of each them before they see each other

Portraits of them seeing each other and interacting.

Ceremony - 4pm

I’ll be at center of the isle at the front. Capturing everyone coming in. You can be taking shots of guest in this time.

Once first groom is at altar with wedding party, you can take a few shots of them while I shoot the second bridal party coming in.

Shoot whoever is giving away bride if available

Jules, you’ll take alternate angle shots and shoot wedding party and even guests reactions. if you see someone tear up for example, I’ll stay on to grooms. WIDES but move sround as needed

After ceremony 5-6

Capture grooms leaving altar/walking down “runway”

Pause for kiss halfway down isle

Follow and take shots with bridal party in celebration (we can both be shooting this)

Family shots - they don’t have a lot of family so i think this will be more friends.

Wedding party - 10 total including officiant. 3 on one side 4 on the other potentially a kid throwing petals.

Larger group shots first

Then couple with one side of family, then other side

Then full wedding party shots all together

Couple portraits (I will go find another location for couple portraits)

Posses : Spoon, Face each other/kiss, Face camera holding hands, Classic wedding (bouquet both hands holding, Looking at each other)

While i shoot these you can be down at the cocktail hour shooting guests. Try and take mostly candid shots, but if people see you and pose for camera that’s also fine.

Change out batteries/cards before dinner!

(Jules take mostly wide of crowd and couple if i’m not in the way and i’ll go portrait/close to couple while dancing)

Shoot this all wide with hi key flash

Find who’s having the most fun and shoot them!

(Jules) Photobooth

The backdrop will be up all night after dinner. I’ll send guests to booth but we can leave it set up for shy folks to take selfies.

We’ll set up on arrival if possible otherwise we can drop gear off at location (light/stand and backdrop) and I can come back to set up during dinner

I’ll have us shooting either dancing or running the booth and kin dof switching back and forth

Cake shot

Get a shot with couple smiling by the cake

Then cutting the cake. kissing etc

(both if avail) - Sparkler exit if available

Getaway car if available. maybe a golf cart? lol

If grooms have the energy, shoot the getaway car (hi-key vibe)
